Tai Chi Relax Buxton

A voluntary community group practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for physical and mental health and recovery in a supportive environment.

Tai Chi is a form of moving meditation and an ideal health practice for all ages, offering an enjoyable and engaging way to relax both your body and your mind.

Qi Gong based on Lian Gong is a Chinese exercise system based on ancient routines with a modern emphasis.  The system consists of three sets of eighteen exercises.

Tuesday 12.00 – 13.00 Yang Family 8 Posture Form, and Qi Gong based on Lian Gong

Thursday 12.40 – 13.40 Yang Style Short Form

Members of Tai Chi Relax may attend either or both classes as they prefer.
